  • Notify your provider if you are taking antibiotics, steroids, or have any new medical conditions.

    Avoid tanning, self-tanner, or direct sun exposure for at least 1 week prior.

    For injectable or laser appointments, avoid major dental work or vaccinations within 2 weeks of treatment.

  • We do not accept health insurance for and of our services. Because our services are considered elective and preventative, they are not typically covered by insurance plans.

    This allows us to create personalized, proactive care plans without the restrictions or limitations often imposed by insurance requirements.

    However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, allowing you to use pre-tax funds toward your treatment. Our team is happy to provide itemized receipts or documentation if needed for your reimbursement records.

  • We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 business hours in advance.

    This policy allows our team to accommodate other clients on our waitlist and ensures our providers’ time is used efficiently.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $100.

    We understand that unexpected situations arise — if you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • No. All package and prepaid service sales are final.

    Once purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you’re unable to complete a prepaid service, our team can help you discuss alternative scheduling or treatment options to ensure you still receive value from your purchase.

  • Monday: 8:30am-6:00pm, Tuesday: 8:30am-6:00pm, Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm, Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm. Closed Saturday & Sunday.
