Shipping

• Where we ship: We ship to addresses in the United States only.

• Cost: A flat $8.00 shipping fee per order. Orders over $150 ship free; the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

• Processing time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

• Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.

• Tracking: You'll get a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Returns

All retail product sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on retail products, opened or unopened.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
