McKenzie Fleecs is The Skin Clinic's Aesthetic Coordinator, bringing a unique blend of clinical insight and genuine care to every client interaction. With a Master of Science in School Counseling, McKenzie understands the power of goal-setting, active listening, and supporting people through transformative journeys—skills she brings into aesthetics every single day.

Her role centers on helping clients navigate their skincare and aesthetic goals with clarity and confidence. From coordinating treatment plans to conducting comprehensive skin analyses with personalized product recommendations, McKenzie loves being part of the process that helps people achieve real, visible results. Her counseling background gives her a natural ability to understand what clients truly want—and to help them get there with a plan that feels manageable, exciting, and completely their own.

What motivates McKenzie most? Showing clients their before and after photos. Seeing the excitement and pride behind achieving a skin goal is absolutely priceless to her. It's not just about the transformation on the surface—it's about the confidence that comes with it.

Before joining The Skin Clinic, McKenzie worked in the wedding industry, where she honed her love for planning, coordinating, and creating memorable experiences. If she could be famous for anything, it would be planning celebrity weddings—a dream that reflects her natural talent for bringing people's visions to life with care and attention to detail.

Outside of work, McKenzie is a proud Minnesota native who's never lived anywhere else (and wouldn't have it any other way). She recently celebrated a whirlwind year: getting engaged, married, and buying a house with her husband—all within 12 months. When they're not settling into their new home with their two cats, Fig and Mulan, you'll find them indulging their foodie sides by traveling and trying new restaurants. Sushi is her go-to, pancakes with blueberries are her breakfast of choice, and she's watched Game of Thrones from start to finish four times (yes, really). Her favorite concert? MGK, hands down.
